About Us

Al-Jedar Al-Amthal Co. LLC for General Trading, Oil and Gas Services, and Contracting is the corporate continuation of operations that began in 2012 through Al-Jedar Al-Uroppi Office for General Contracting, managed by Mr. Ahmed Ali Hussein. Since its inception, the office has delivered a range of construction and electrical works for the Ministry of Oil, through contracts with the Heavy Engineering Equipment Company (one of the Ministry’s entities). These projects covered various construction, electrical, and civil works, as outlined in the Completed Works section. The office also executed multiple construction contracts for the private sector. In response to the expansion of its activities—with a strategic focus on delivering premier oil and gas services and robust general trading solutions—Al-Jedar Al-Amthal Co. LLC was established to serve as the developmental vision and institutional extension of Al-Jedar Al-Uroppi Office. The company was established pursuant to the Incorporation Minutes dated 30th of October 2024, with a paid-in capital of IQD 2,000,000,000 (two billion Iraqi dinars). Mr. Ahmed Ali Hussein was elected as the CEO and Mr. Ali Hussein Al-Mshakheel as the Deputy CEO. The company has a team of consulting engineers across multiple engineering disciplines, in addition to a highly qualified group of specialized staff dedicated to driving our growing oil, gas, and trading portfolios.
